"I love being challenged creatively and really enjoy working within narrow parameters to design our products. I have learnt to make it easy on myself and easy on the artisans. The challenge is getting the balance right. Designing beautiful new products that our customers will love, that fit within the parameters of our artisans skills and the raw materials they have access to. My brain is always buzzing, figuring out how to make my ideas work – a constant creative process."
