How can I purchase your products?
You can purchase your products right here at our online store, or by visiting one of our stockists.

Do I have to create an account?
This is optional for online retail customers. By creating an account, you will be able to check out faster; save multiple shipping addresses; access your order history; track new orders; and save items to your wish list. You will also be given the opportunity to create an account after you make your initial purchase - all you need to do is add a password.
What payment methods does The Dharma Door accept?
We accept payment via Paypal, credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX), Apple Pay and Afterpay (Australian residents only) for online orders.

What is Afterpay?
By selecting Afterpay at the checkout, you will be able to purchase your order with four interest-free instalments over 60 days ie. 4 x fortnightly payments. All you need is a debit or credit card for approval with Afterpay. The card you provide will be automatically charged on the dates when your payments are due. If you wish to change your payment method, you are able to log in to your customer portal on the Afterpay website and change your details there. Learn more about how Afterpay works here.
Will my payment be secure?
The Dharma Door website is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions are processed using the Shopify gateway, who use industry leading technology to keep your information safe. For more information, read our Privacy and Security Policy please click here.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers two month payment plans, to be paid in four fortnightly instalments. You receive in stock products immediately. For first timers, simply select it as your payment method at the checkout and Afterpay will complete a quick verification process and set you up with an account and deduct the payments from your nominated account. For all future orders, you just need to enter your login and card CVC when paying for your purchase.
What does Pre Order mean?
We offer Pre Order because our shipments sell out quickly, and this helps our customers to avoid missing out on items they've been coveting. Pre Order means the item is currently out of stock and is under production or being shipped to our warehouse. You will find the date when the item is due below the PRE ORDER button. Please feel free to email us for more information.
Are my personal details safe?
Your privacy is important to us. All personal details provided will remain with thedharmadoor.com.au and we will not, under any circumstances, be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for The Dharma Door’s use only. For more information, please read our Privacy and Security Policy.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are in stock unless you see an 'Pre Order' message in the product description. Because of the nature of our work, we regularly make such items available on pre-order. This will also be explained where it is an option. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order, and get in touch if you have any other questions.
Can I change my personal information?
Yes. Your details can be updated by signing into your account via the website.
